GERERAL INFORMATION ON HOMESTAYS
Most of the homestays are lived - in houses with spare rooms thrown open to guests or guest houses let out to travelers when personal guests are not occupying them.
Homestays gives you instant access to the old network within the destination through the host which makes a hassle free stay by avoiding the task of arranging transport and, guides as the responsibility rests on the host thus do not need to be miss lead or kept waiting.
The factor determining how pleasant a home stay can be, depends on the personality of the people who own or who are entrusted to take care of the place.
First of all to stay at someone else’s house as a tourist, you should understand your own frame of mind. Even though we at Stay Homz try to do the needful by offering a unique experience to every guest imparting your privacy.
IF you want an anonymous good time, or a sight seeing jamboree or expect complete privacy and haute cuisine home stays may not be advisable.
As most home stays often do not produce meals on demand, beverages at a moments notice and don’t have 24 hours power back ups. More interactive types of people who don’t mind sussing out the joys of a destination And the earthly excitements of a village may be more qualified for a homestay.
Even though highest priority is given to hygiene, a 100% foolproof insect and pest control in house may not be possible so occasional appearances of domestic flies, insects and pest should be expected and care should be taken to carry repellents and mild medicines suiting your skin types as some of your brands may not be available and the local remedies may be allergic to you.
All the properties are of period construction and hence do not have ultra modern bedrooms, the bathrooms though are in keeping with the times.
All the properties serve tasty, home-cooked food and you have the option of interacting with the host to set the menu for each meal.
All the properties ensure total seclusion hence you are unlikely to meet other holiday makers during your visit as we take bookings spread out that way ensuring you privacy.
