Tyford Bungalow
Tyford BungalowTyford Bungalow - The bungalow built in 1895 was named by Mrs. Baker as Tyford Bungalow, as she hails from Tyford, Berkshire in England. The winding pathway among the fine green tea plantations, circles round the building premises to enter from the west into the eastward facing bungalow which glimmers in the morning sun. The colonial style building is built of archaic stone masonry and Indian wood work. The low pitched roof style lends the indoors a calm and cool atmosphere.

The view from the eastward facing patio on the south is a sight to behold which soothes the senses. A chain of green clad hills stand bordering the eastern horizon and the valley below is a collage of green tea plantation and red flame of the forest trees. Here and there the brown house tops just increase the charm. The north side of the bungalow lends a panoramic view of layers of green hills melting away into the blue sky far away. The thickly bushed green hills which stand imposingly just in front of the backside sitting room lends the onlooker a sense of peace and solitude with its vastness and desolate virginity. From the sitting room extends a long corridor, which has massive bedrooms with old colonial style fire places on both sides.

Accomodation
The Bungalow offers two large bedrooms and one smaller double bed for the guest.
