When offering a holiday we believe in providing every possible conveniences to our guests but at the same time precisely mentioning what is not available at our properties based on the trust resting on a sellers promise to the buyer. Thus a bridged communication gap after understanding our mode of operation and services may help you choose our properties as your destinations and a better interpretation of a holiday.

AIR CONDITIONING is not available in any of our highland properties. The properties located at around 800 meters above sea level maintain climatic conditions with temp ranging from 7c to 25 c, with its unpolluted air and spacious settings in large vegetation’s do not seek for an artificial conditioning to its homes.

THE properties at foothills located at around 200 meters above sea level averages temperature around 30 c which in normal conditions do not demand air conditioning. But on a hot and humid march to may the temp may go up to 40 c still manageable in our properties with building laid out with good cross ventilation and proper usage of space making the homes airy and comfortable.

The coastal properties are generally hot and humid but the architecture adopted Suitably let in ample breeze into the airiness of the homes making it manageable without air conditioning. But the one functioning as a heritage hotel and the one homestay along the coast do have air conditioning.

Even though most of the properties have TV the usage is restricted as it is mostly Placed in the section of the homes used by the host to avoid disturbances to the guest. And to protect the calmness engulfing most of the properties but for an updating of latest News if needed, the guest can request for transmission.

Tele communication is restricted through the in house phones for STD, ISD or local by PRE PAID BSNL INDIA TELEPHONE CARDS available in our properties where there are land phone connection.

Access to the internet is not available in most of the homes, but those with facilities will be charged at actual.

OUR properties do not have room service as meals are served in the common dining room Our menu is not a-la-carte instead it is traditional and homely food usually set between the Guest and the host /caretaker depending upon the culinary skill of the cook, on to which your suggestion are also welcome.

Efforts are made to use home grown or organic vegetables, fruits and fresh not to stock in freezers non vegetarian items but at very rare occasions we have limitations to shift our sources to the nearest market for purchase and stock in advance an event of a pre understood shortage due to seasonal changes or non availability.
